About the change
The reward points you earned on our previous website are still valid. They are no longer visible in your account on the new site, but you can still redeem them through our manual process.
We upgraded to a new website and the old rewards system is not connected to it. Your reward points balance is kept on our side and can be confirmed when you submit a claim.
Yes. If you had unused reward points on the old site, you can still redeem them. Simply fill in the claim form with your details and we will convert your confirmed points into a discount code.
Points value & conversion
Every 100 reward points from our old rewards program equals $1 off on the new website. For example:
- 1,000 points = $10 off
- 2,500 points = $25 off
- 3,000 points = $30 off
With the current conversion, 100 reward points = $1 off, so 3,000 points will give you a $30 discount code on the new website.
There is no strict maximum, but very small balances may be rounded according to the 100 reward points = $1 rule. If any special handling is needed, we will clearly explain it in the email with your code.
Claiming your reward points via form
Please complete our Reward Points Claim form. Provide your name, email, and any details you remember from your old account (such as phone number or recent order numbers). After verification, we will create a manual discount code and email it to you.
To help us verify your balance as quickly as possible, please include:
- The email address you used on the previous website
- Your full name, and if possible, your phone number
- Any order numbers or screenshots showing your reward points balance
Once you submit the form, our team reviews your details and manually creates your discount code. This typically takes 1–3 business days. Your code will be sent to you by email as soon as it is ready.
Using your discount code
Add your items to the cart, go to checkout, and enter your discount code in the “Discount code” field. The value of your old reward points will be applied to your order total if the code and items meet the discount conditions.
In most cases, discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or certain promotions. Any restrictions for your specific code will be clearly listed in the email you receive.
Yes. Each manual discount code has an expiry date, which will be shown in your email. Please use your code before it expires, as it cannot be reissued once it has expired.
Future of our rewards program
Yes, we plan to introduce a new rewards system so reward points and discounts can be handled automatically again. Until then, we are honoring all existing points through this manual claim and discount-code process.
For now, new purchases do not earn points under the old program. When the new rewards program is launched, we will share full details on how to earn and redeem reward points.
